Now I have Audio Card ASUS XONAR D1 but If I buy DT 990 Pro I will buy amp at 100-120 dollar
how is the AKG K550.

For $50, you can get a Muse single tube headphone amplifier, on Amazon, to drive the DT990 Pro 250-Ohm.
Never used the K550 myself, but i would guess the vocals are better on the K550.

The akg k550 dont need amp ,right?
There are other headphones that you can recommend in this price range

The Xonar D1 does not come with a headphome amplifier and the line-out/Headphone jack has a high impedance, not great for low Ohm headphones like the K550 (32-Ohm).
So you would need to get a headphone amplifier with a low impedance for the K550.
The Fiio E11 ($65) portable headphone amplifier is about as cheap as it gets.
