I wouldn't trade that I stumbled upon this website around the time that I acquired the Grado SR-60, but I just realized that (several headphone purchases/sales later and up) noone has ever apologized for the toll that discovering this headsite would take on my wallet.

Lippy, your wallet is hereby apologized to. To help console it and ease it's heavy burden it is highly recommended to lighten it by $1000 or so on a new system. Your wallet will feel much better and have greater self-esteem after it sees its new thinner self

Six months ago I had a Senn HD 497.
Now I'm looking at AKG K1000, 2 pairs of AKG K340, AKG K240 S, Beyerdynamic DT 880, Grado SR 325, Senn HD 600, Stax SR 5, Stax Lambda Nova, a RME soundcard, and some amps: Corda Prehead, Vincent KHV 111 tube hybride, Stax SRM-T1S,Stax SRM/Xh and a borrowed RKV II.
Did I mention the Benchmark DAC1 or the Etymotics 4P which are on their way?
Maybe it's time to join the Anonymous Head-fi Addicts(AHA)

I was doing allright doing slow upgrades, selling before upgrading, etc. That all ended last night when I bought the ps-1s.
