I just got an email from UE and no question asked!!

They just gave me the address and RMA number and they will ship new triples to me!!!

This is nicest customer service ever period! unbelievable!

Hello Everyone,

I'm a new triple.fi owner and have a newbie question re: the flip mod.

I know I'm probably missing something obvious but..

What is the difference between actually disassembling the monitors from L --> R and R --> L when compared to bending the R monitor wire over the L ear and the L monitor wire over the right ear?

you cant becuase of stereo separation and soundstage,

when i first bought my FS Atrios M5´s i put them the other way around, and i thought i made a bad purchess, they were flat, had no soundstage and no punch, basicly dead, i looked over them, checked the manual, figured out the problem, put them on the right way around and they came alive,
