Thanks for first impressions LTUCCI, I think these are going to be my next headphone related purchase for sure

Do you have a digital camera? I'd really like to see some more "real-life" shots of them!

just a question... how would you compare the soundstage size with the CD3000?
[edit: i should clarify the question

- is it wider, or deeper, or more out-of-the-head etc.. ?]

thanks

Lou likes everything when he first gets it...we'll see how long the HD595 lasts

I will always remember the Audio Technica ATH100Tis as the best headphones ever. Still every trip I have followed lou on has been pretty easy on the ears, but unfortunately not the wallet.

I listened to the HD555 and the CD3000 today at headroom and found the HD555 to sound better at everything but soundstage.

Without getting into a massive CD3000 vs Senn debate, lets just say that LTUCCI is perfectly correct when he says the HD595 is a GREAT headphone, because it is and it definitely deserves a place as one of the best all-around headphones money can buy right now.

Cheers,
Geek
