My moondrop Chus are noticeably louder on the right, is there any fix or should I refund?

I bought them around a month and a half ago and they were great until I noticed this happening. Is there a way to fix this? I've tested it on multiple devices and I'm certain that it's the IEMs that are causing this. Should I contact Amazon or Moondrop directly in the case of a refund? Thanks!!!

You should return or exchange. I would contact Amazon first.
