Not Cackle but Crackle.

The left side crackles when the sound is loud or bass is high.

Not Insanely loud.

I can't clam warranty as I bought them internationally and there are no service centres here.

The reason for the crackle may be some foreign matter in the housing. Try to blow it out or – as I do in such cases – give the earpeace some hits! This may already help.

Or there may be some hairs sticking in the foam pad and touching the membrane while greater excursions. Remove the pad carefully, not to rip it, and check it up!

mine did this one and sure enough there was a little bit of debris and i blew em clean and it worked....also once the clip actually came partially unhooked from the actualy earpiece somehow and it cause some wierd sounds but i popped it right back in place and no problems..
