My last significant headphone purchase was $60.

My next headphone purchase will be pretty close to $300 (both floats, hopefully, in the FS section)

After that, I'm skipping to $1000 for the best of both worlds.

I hope I don't though in a way.

alrights, heres some pics:http://i40.tinypic.com/bgzeki.jpg http://i42.tinypic.com/i27yab.jpg http://i39.tinypic.com/vaniv.jpg
first off, price: i got these for 50.99$ retail, so you could probs get them for 30 online.

first impressions: i thought these were quite good when i got them, but they must be used in a quiet enviroment because they're open. now, you may not like them, but my ears haven't heard many high end audio stuff, so they're a good pair of intro headphones i guess.

build quality: i think they're build quite well, and the headphone cups (i guess that's what they're called?) can swivel around. the actual headband part is just plastic, and could snap if you bend too hard (duh). since i'm protecting these with my life, they won't be breaking on me

sound quality: they sound quite well, decent amount of basss. seeing as im a junior, i can't really go into the mids/highs/whatever. i did notice though, that on some of the higher notes of songs it kind of crackles a teensy bit. doesn't happen all the time though, and i don't really notice it as most of my songs don't have really high notes.

looks: i think they look ugly, but who really cares. im using these for home use, so nobody really sees them.

comfort: i thing they're VERY comfortable. nice foam at the top of the headbands, and on the ear pads.

So yeah! theres my mini-review. if you have any questions 'bout them, feel free to ask and i'll TRY (i emphasize try) to answer them.

EDIT: pics were too large, click the links instead
