My Emmeline SR-71 Failed!

just got a loricraft RCM, not the simplest machine to operate. Instructions say to place arm moves in towards out. Hugh? revolves same direction as TT and works great outside in. All else fails, refer to SmartDevices(not Garrad/Loricraft) manual, doh!(Homer moment) place arm opposite side of album then will move from inside out. Obvious, now yeah, b4 well I was excited with my new accessory, but the Smart Devices manual with the pic was all I needed. Terry well good construction, lucky distributors help out on the manual. Point is Todd can help as much as Ray. In both folks interest. While a phone call or email to either from my experiences is likely to be answered amazingly quick, why put us through the shame, just kidding but you get the point.

I nearly damaged my 300B amps trying to put the tubes in. My manual is in Japanese so bit of an effort for me to read. Since I took a photo when I demo`d b4 I bought, followed the picture only, to find out the tubes in the photo were not the ones I got and well tube mfgs don;t always print their labels in same spot on tubes, position changes. A manual showing fat pins in front would have been nice, yeah obvious for all but the newbie but we are consumers too.

Head-fi is a great manual BTW! Though kind of like Unix man pages bit of a chore to find things.

Team manual!

Hey why put this burden on Ray, look at Unix community developed, well ok maybe Ray will do better job for us layman
