I loved these headphones, until they broke this morning.
They lasted about 7 mos.
Left side just cut out-seems to be a week connection with the jack, cuz when I wiggle it around it comes in and out.

Any suggestion on how to fix it or do I just toss it and buy another?

Maybe it's the earphone jack on the player ... do you have (or can you borrow) something else to make sure of what the problem is? (Of course, you might have done that already.)

My bad-I meant the plug and not the jack.
Other headphones work fine.
I dont have the original packaging and dont think I can find the receipt.

Do these headphones normally break easily?
I think I tend to pull on the wire when I disconnect the headphones from the ipod rather than grabbing and pulling on the plug itself.

I've had my EP630 for about 11 months I hope this isn't a sign of the future.

My EP630s broke too, then I had a replacement from Creative, same problem. Just ask them, and see what they can do for you.

Although they replaced my beautiful black ones with WHITE!

Do you happen to have the contact number for Creative?

Well, I live in Singapore, so it was just a matter of going to one of their outlets here, taking along the receipt...
Well, you can try their website, www.creative.com

Hope this helps
