Right now...nothing. Most of my stuff is in storage. My favorite DJ cans are the Allen & Heath Xone 53s. Amazing headphones. My other top picks are the HD 25-1 II, and the Ultrasone Pro 750.

Seagull S6 Original acoustic guitar
Seagull Entourage CW acoustic/electric guitar
Epiphone SG-Special electric guitar w/ el-cheap Epiphone Studio 10S guitar amp
Squier P-Bass Special w/ el-cheapo Hartke 20 watt bass amp
Samick (Greg Bennett design) D-2-12 12-string acoustic guitar
Martin Backpacker

I wouldn't say I'm a legit musician, but I dabble... do a little writing, the occasional open mic on the college campus where I work, jam with students, etc.

I bought most of my musical equipment  years ago when I was teaching myself various musical instruments and taking theory. What's marked out I lost in an apartment fire 9 months ago and I need to replace.

Washburn X50Q with custom EMG 81/85 pickups
Line 6 Spider II 112 with Shortboard foot controller
M-Audio Solid State effect generator
Vox Classic Wah Pedal
Washburn Starter Bass
Crate B10 Bass Amp
La Patrie Etude Classical Guitar
Washburn Electric Guitar Case
2 Korg tuners
Various Drum Sticks (anything can be a drum!)
3 Guitar Stands/1 music stand
Sheet Music Library
Guitar foot rest
KRK Rokit 8 g2 Studio Monitors
Lexicon I-onix u22 interface
Audio Technica AT-lp120

Looking to get:

another vinyl deck (probably another at-lp120)
4 Channel DJ mixer
M-Audio Axiom 49 controller
Akai APC40 controller
Adam A7x Monitors

As far as splitting my budget between musical consumption and creation, I feel like the (relatively) little I've spent on High-Fi and Head-Fi equipment is plenty to satisfy me until I can start bringing in more money. Until then, I'm going to concentrate on rebuilding my audio creation equipment and expanding my musical creation habit... I guess that's a long way of saying Head-fi is on hiatus and my musician's itch is going full blast.

Thanks for the post!

Well, I just completely ended the audiophile equipment search. Though I did score a nice Marshall AVT20 amplifier for almost pocket change. Beautiful bang for the buck sound if you can find one. I'm just trying to expand my music now too.
