The theme from Spirited Away, makes me feel sad and miss my childhood. And this live performance by the composer is already full of emotion as it is.

I get tears of sadness when I listen to the song My Lady's Story. It's by Antony And The Johnsons from the album Cut The World.
On the other side of the spectrum, evoking tears of joy, and making the hairs on back of neck stand up, Save The Bees by Lau from the album Race The Loser.

I love the Cut The World album too but the main Antony and the Johnsons song which brings a tear to my eye is Fistful of Love from I am a bird now. Amazingly powerful lyrics.
One tune which makes me very emotional is Spared from the Eternal Light: A Requiem album. The music is by Howard Goodall and the words are by the poet Wendy Cope. It is about 9-11 which Goodall witnessed.
