What time would the meet be at?


I have a night time autocross in Huntsville on the 22nd.

Cool.

Setup at 9am

Event at 10am to 5pm

I'm reserving the space until 6pm.

Any objections for October the 29th? Would that date be any better or worse than the 22nd?

How would you guys feel about a meeting space at the Lane Motor Museum?

They have a perfect meeting room and it is a bit cheaper than than the hotel spaces and we can bring in food. I talked to them yesterday and is totally doable!

And yes, it would include entry to the museum.
