MQA.... Scam or not?

Same as many others here, I also think Hi-Res Qobuz tracks sound a lot better than MQA tracks from Tidal. Too bad that the Qobuz app is really behind in many aspects.
I tried Qobuz a couple of years back, but went back to Tidal. I recently tried Qobuz again, and realised why I never stayed. For me, Qobuz sounds a bit better, but is inferior in every other way,

I believe Tidal are now going to bring in a Hi Res, FLAC, non MQA service, so that could be a great move for Tidal.

At first I toughtMQA was better, but then I bought a Topping E50 and realized that my iFi Dac nano was not dealing very well with non-MQA stuff. Then, both sounded the same to me, tested in Qobuz and Tidal. I do prefer Tidal due to more underground albuns/titles that I like. Well.. If you have some concern about environmental climate, mqa uses lower bandwidth and, by consequence, less resources with hardware, transmissions, energy...
