MP3 Where to start?

I recommend you download EAC, and read the documentation. For setup, under drive options, be sure to use "Secure Mode". Instead of mp3, I suggest you try MPEGPLUS (mpc or mp+). Just download the encoder, put it in the same directory as EAC, set it up as external compressor, and select the Xtreme preset. Once you have everything straightened out, all you do is pop in a CD, select the tracks you want, and click on the MP3 icon in EAC and it'll take care of everything for you.

Well, I haven't been folowing that scene lately, but if you asked me to guess last year I would have bet good ole' Dibrom would leave Roel in the dust sooner or later... :p

Yeah, if you don't need to get it to play in an mp3 player or anything mpc is the way to go
