Most significant cable? Speaker, interconnect, or power?

Interesting.. thank's for all your opinions guys.

For the record here's my system:
-Krell 400xi integrated amp
-Musical Fidelity A3.24 DAC fed from RME sound card in htpc via glass optical cable.
-Apogee Stage ribbon speakers

My cables right now are monster 12 guage speaker cables and radio shack interconnects with stock power cables.

I've ordered Unity Audio (small Canadian company) interconnects and speaker cables from ebay but after auditioning some of my friends interconnects i'm beginning to understand the impact cables can make and am starting to regret not getting better cables like Nordost Blue Heavens.

Obviously the most important cables are...headphone cables!

For analog:
Interconnects, since the signal is low voltage and thus most sensitive to EMI.
Speaker, since it just has to carry the current.
Power is last, because power supplies contain regulators which practically eliminate the effect.

For digital:
Speaker, because it carries an analog signal. (There are some pure digital amps available, but the output can be considered halfway between analog and digital.)
Power and interconnect tie for second, since in both cases, the cable just has to do the job.

In my home (non-headphone) setup I've found that the order is :
1) Speaker Cables (10AWG)
2) Interconnects (22AWG stranded bare wire Cu w/ Eichmann term)
3) Power Cables (10AWG)
*Speaker cables being a somewhat distant first.

In my heaphone setup:
-Same-
*Using Cardas cable...thinking of using Stefan.

***As others have hinted...experimentation is key.

There's no generally valid rule, as the weak link in your system is what counts most, but your order is a good rule-of-thumb.
Primarily because speaker cables usually are longer than interconnects, and I have troubles hearing any clear effect from power cables so far (with admittedly very limited experience, though).
