Elizabeth Fraser, for me.

Her voice is so ethereal.. just unreal. Not to mention the whole thing about not being able to decipher a damn word that she's singing.. it's almost like she moves through different languages and vocal styles from one word to the next. Probably the most "complex" singing I've ever heard. I love it.
