The removable cable I made myself for the 8323's.
 
When the ear pads are worth more than the headphones... "Welcome to Head-Fi"
 
Either of those ear pads should fit, I have the Pearstone ones on my Ultrasone HFI-780's.
I should look into getting a pair of those Shure ones and move the Pearstones over to the 8323's...

Thanks for answer me so fast, I think that I´ll buy the shure replacement ear cushions because I save one dolar and apparently it looks better that Pearstone earpads...

I will research how build the cable myself (you did a fantastic job).

Btw, I'll buy these headphones for video games only, is a good idea, or I choose another one like the panasonic RP-HTF600, CAL!, Samson SR850 for example??
 
PS: On amazon sold the Monoprice MHP-839, what's the difference vs the monoprice 8323?

Monoprice 8323 is the Product ID for the Monoprice MHP-839
 
The DT250 pads would probably fit as well.
