Speaking of modular cables, have we seen this before? Modular on the IEM end, not the source end:

Ah yes! ConX. They also have TermX which is their version of modular cables at the source end but I have read on head-fi that some people find TermX unreliable. ConX though is GOAT!

Xinhs also seems to use the small 4 pin connectors for their modular cables. I was wondering if there's a converter from this "micro 4 pin" to regular XLR? Their XLR cable cost much more than these modular cables as it's a graphene cable. So it would be a cheaper solution. And more choice in cables.
I would contact a cable manufacturer such Hart Audio or one of the others. In my experience, most converters, connectors and adaptors have been made before by someone, even if it requires a bit of, no a lot of searching.

The converter is clearly not a regular product, but if you are lucky you may find a manufacturer which has it in stock or will make one for you. Prepare yourself, you may have to pay a lot for it.

Let us know how you get on.
