Guys on top of modding your walkman, I really recommend to use Sandisk Extreme Pro microsd.
This is my impressions of the SanDisk microsd with my unmodded zx507:

This card sounds super dynamic. Bass feels full bodied with very extended sub-bass.
Vocal has alot of depth in soundstage
Male vocals feels more throaty
Its feels even more 3D and holographic.
It feels unrestricted in it's transient delivery.
Treble feels really well extended and smooth.
This card has impressed me alot so far.
Very exciting sound with really nice bass feel.
Sounds warmer than sandisk high endurance.
This card has a very large audio system kind of sound, very bold and dynamic.

Nice that you also took the time and effort to compare quite a few other cards. That was always a nagging question, whether there were other cards that were equal or better. Without an evaluation for other cards, there was no data to say whether card "a" was better than card "x". My own comparison was only for the cards I had, the Sandisk regular 100mBs, and the Lexar 512.

I think with the sandisk extreme pro, my tweaked ZX507 has already reached the maximum sound quality possible without/before going into mods.

My IER-M9 five tiny Balanced Armature now feels so aggressively dynamic that now it feels like listening super high wattage floor standing speakers, there's a big wall of strong bass and gobs of music details thrown at you all at once and constantly.

All because I changed to sandisk extreme pro card. Really unexpected in a very good way.

Good to have the occasional thing come along that shocks you, and upends your beliefs. Need to be reminded every once in awhile to stay curious and open minded, and that we do not know everything. No matter how sure we are that we do.

What we as human know about the universe is merely a speck of dust.
I also have Sony 64 card and the extreme pro is very close to the Sony performances, but is offered in 1Tb capacity Instead.
