Ive just modified the triple flange rubber tips that you get free with all westones. If you snip the first two pieces off and leave the stem long (it should look like a little umbrella) they work a treat!
Ive now got an even bigger airier soundstage and with w3's it lightens up the sound too. Much more balanced with a touch less bottom end.
