MFSL does good when it comes to remastering overly compressed originals, but that's not always the case. I however enjoy my only MFSL record, Meddle, very much.

Just bought my first MFSL title, Dave Alvin - Blackjack David Hybrid SACD. Should have it in a few days. Looking forward to it.

I prefer MFSL releases to almost every other audiophile company. Some might say there are too warm, but I think if you have a really high-end, revealing system that you'll be grateful for that extra warmth. With speakers like Thiels and the like, a warmth is a very forgiving thing.

A few that I really like, off the top of my head, are Inner Mounting Flame, Crime of the Century, The Sky is Crying, and Gaucho. All stellar remasters that sound awesome through cans

MFSL do produce some awesome remaster. Lot of their older releases are harder to find and command high prices. Boston - Third Stage, Toto IV, and Supertramp - Breakfast in America are just a few MFSL cds that I have.

MO-FI CDs ok.......a little tipped up on the top end on some! Now IMO the best all time sounding MO-FI LP is Little Feat "Waitng For Columbus"
