OK, I have tried like 20 times to install the Samsung m7 mtp driver and it keeps telling me "the mobile phone is in use. Please run the Smasung Driver" What in the world am I doing wrong. It shouldn't be this complicated

Can you tell me a release date for a new M7 FW, cause every day I have several app crashes (you know about it) and in my mind it's a warranty issue if you not fix the problem ASAP.
... and in my mind a model update towards M9 has the same issue... I will not test the latest model if you don't fix the crashes for M7 model.

I have problems with USB DAC drivers on Windows 7 x64. After installation, in the Device Manager i have "FiiO M series Subdevice" with no driver installed. Before installation, driver signature enforcement was disabled and KB3033929 update installed.

Are you using the 4.47 DAC driver?
You could try to manually update the driver by right click the '!' icon. Or please right click to disable the item, then insert again.
If the issue still remains, please send email to support@fiio.com about that.

I just picked up my M7 this afternoon I jumped after reading that the M7 will playback SACD .ISO files, as long as they are DSD and not DTS format. Most of my SACD ISOs are DSD.but a few DTS scattered in there too. So i selected a bunch of ISOs that I had checked with FooBar were infact DSD, and loaded them on a sd card. I scanned the card, and none of ISOs appear? Other file do, but none of the ISOs.
IS there a stage I am missing? Its not that the files don't play, they don't appear in the album list.

Update : When I look using the Folder option and not the Album option, I see the folder the ISOs are in, but no ISO files are listed? I hooked the M7 to my laptop and checked and I can see the ISO files using explorer. Is there some special extension i need to use rather than just .iso ?

Second Update ! I used the File Management option to browse the SD card, found the .iso files, but if i try and select i get 'Format not supported' - the file has the music icon. but no luck on playing anything.

Any clues?

A: we have received some feedback on our X3II/X5II/X5III/X7/X7MKII/M3K/M7/M9 DAP stating that the SACD ISO support is not working as advertised. We would like to take this opportunity to offer our explanation.
Simply put, the X3II/X5II/X5III/X7/X7MKII/M3K/M7/M9may natively decode DSD files and DSD ISOs but not those that are compressed in the DST format.

When I read this I bought the M7.

Do any Fiio DAPs support .ISO files?
