Again - all I can do is carry on quoting my own experiences. Zero crashes. Buttons working. New fw gives me replay gain + Q5 app works perfectly. I'm not making this up. I have zero issues.
Hehe. The next day after factory reset the app crashed again - but the skip button is currently working... (temporarily? )
This app is very instable!

I hope the latest FW-Update helps...

No, with the 1.0.2Dear friend,
Does the issue remain in FW1.0.3? If yes, you could contact us via email support@fiio.net attached the description of the crash happened. Thanks in advanced!
Best regards
Not really, hencejust out of curiosity. have you contacted FiiO support? they'll probably ask you for a crash logs, and they'll be really thankful for catching this rate crash
whether you got some really rare situation, or it's a faulty unit, as I got 0 crashes for last month
I hope this bug is fixed now.Fixed issue where the Previous Track button might not work after using the screenshot function;
Dear friend,Today, I had FOUR crashes (three within 30 min)!. Latest FW 1.0.3.
1. When the FiiO app is open and I go back to the Android settings and after changing the settings I go back to the FiiO app the display freezes and no button is working anymore. In addition the music is playing, but the correct time is not visible anymore (the whole view is frozen). In this case, I cannot use the touch bar for scrolling during the song.
I had this behaviour from time to time with 1.0.2. too.
2. I had three "normal" app crashes while playing a normal track - all files are normal encoded FLAC's (16 Bit 44,1 KHz / medium packing rate, but all files are playing fine with all my other devices).
3. The mini hickups (1ms or so) are not gone. Maybe a caching problem?... while using "gapless playback"? This kind of hickup occurs from time to time (any encoded file).
I had this behaviour with 1.0.2. too.
It seems the latest FW is not very stable for me... only the track button back is working now for me ^^

All my files are from a 400 GB sandisk SD card. This card is okay and is playing fine in my Sony Walkman...Dear friend,
You were playing the music files from internal storage or external SD card? Would the issue happen everytime you make those operation?
You could send those music files leading to crash you mentioned to us for checking.
What hickups? While switching to next song?
Best regards
Dear friend,All my files are from a 400 GB sandisk SD card. This card is okay and is playing fine in my Sony Walkman...
The files are not the trouble maker. Remember, the crashes occur from time to time and are not file relevant (because, the same file is playable when I restart the whole device / app).
No. I mean hickups while playing a file (different files, not file relevant). From time to time I can hear a little hickup of a millisecond (all my files are correct encoded and all my other devices are playing these files without any problems). Maybe the cache mechanism between device and sd card is involved in this case (remember the gapless playback mechanism....).
