Got my tube today and letting it burn in. Very nice packaging and good looking tube. My only initial impression is that it has very quiet - no hum or hiss that I have encountered with some NOS tubes.

I am surprised that this thread hasn't had many updates. I will share mine. I continue to enjoy the Apos tube. Maybe it is because I had some less than perfect NOS preamp tubes in the rotation and I simply haven't had to think about the character/noise/coloration of my preamp tube. The Apos does it's job well. It's quiet, which matters to me. It's musical and dynamic, detailed, and less "tubey" than some of my other NOS tubes I have tried. It also looks fantastic In my opinion. I would love Apos to offer a 6080 equivalent. I seem to prefer rolling power tubes and having a clean reliable preamp tube in place.

This company has a strange sales policy. No shipping to Europe. You can order on Amazon, but only one piece. There is no option to order a matched pair! I've been corresponding with a company representative for a week now and can't get a proper answer! It seems that the company does not care about how it treats customers.

Mine are warming up too in the Feliks Audio Envy I've got on loan, they are incredibly quiet as others have mentioned, not a jot of noise that I can hear.

The sound is also quite dynamic and clean, definitely more linear than some NOS models, and they would be a fit and forget tube for many users in my opinion. A full review is coming.
