Hoping someone can help me out here.  Looking to order M9 soon.  I can't tell if the models with the mic have a control button or not.  
 
This is for use with an iPod touch, so I'm not concerned about volume control, but would love to have play/pause and skip control.  
 
Anyone with a pair of these that can answer?

All of the Meelec "P" models have a one-button remote. You can look at the manual here if you're interested.
