I've basically narrowed my decisions to this group of roughly $20-$25 headphones.  The MEElectronics CW31, M21, and CX21.
 
Which is basically the best overall headphone in your opinion and why?  If you know any other headphones in this range, please feel free to suggest.

CW31. It is a very well rounded IEM.

i just bought the cx21 its a very well balanced clarity IEM if you listen to rap ,hiphop or dubstep i would suggest the m21 if you listen to rock or metal then you should consider the cx21
