**CONCLUSION**
This seems to be a newer fake version, since it doesn't have all old flaws.
The "for digital" sticker, the single letters are not alligned and are of bad quality.
The font "studio" monitor is diffrent, more thick outline and the spacing between the letters are to narrow.
Also the S looks way diffrent, compare to original images!
The headstrap "interior" isn't wrinkled.
The cable is in a plastic bag with a yellow wrapping around it, which is new, however the yellow part is too small.
The "bending" protection just after the headphone jack is too loose!
The sound quality is OK.
The bag to store them in has a stanced "Sony" Logo instead of a silver one.
They clamp quite nice.
The packaging see through plastic isn't part of the box.

Hi there just received some supposed MDR-V6es from Amazon, they cost 90$ without shipping.
What do you think about them, do they look legit? Sound as far i can tell is great.
I already checked http://www.head-fi.org/t/510110/sony-mdr-v6-counterfeit-comparison-thread-w-pics but id like to hear an expert.
The cable was packaged, which points to a real one, however the headstrap clicking is nearly non existent, maybe they are a bit diffrent as the ones made in china.

Sony might have switched to cheaper way to make the MDR-V6s.
Should really email pictures to Sony, see what they have to say.

They aren't manufacotred anymore, its clearly a fake.
Many little details really point to a (goodmade) fake.

I did make a refund.
He is new to amazon and even wrote a small letter in the package with some sweets, doesn't seem like a scammer.
Maybe he didn't know himself they are fake?

^They look real, however in a bad condition.
About the pouch, no idea, might be hard to track down.
