The March 26 meet is an open meeting. Simply post your interest in the meet thread. The meet organizer (thrice) will send out directions, via PM or email, usually about a week in advance of the meet, which is in College Park MD. The directions will normally not be posted, so if thrice doesn't know that you need them, you won't get them.
