I'm thinking of buying a matrix mini-i but one remaining question is if the unit supports discrete IR codes for selecting the inputs (the Emotiva XDA-1 does).  Does anyone know if this is supported and what the IR codes are?  I know the remote that comes with it does not but maybe the unit does.  You could probably figure this out if you have a JP1 remote.  This is very important to me so that I can program the remote to "watch TV" and it runs a macro to switch to the right input, etc.  With discrete codes the devices will never get out of sync.

That is helpful, but it looks like, as there is only one code for "input"?

So that would mean, that you always have to press that button repeatedly to cycle through the inputs rather than an individual code for each input?

Looks like that is just for the remote transmitter.

I wonder what the IR receiver is in the Matrix, and if it is already encoded to select the input?
