It's like the whole soundscape expands and the Mikros 90 exude larger volumes of musical everything.  
Bass is not bloated at all.  It remains balanced, but gets upgraded to "formidable".

Check Lors' signature.
It's his latest and favorite mod.
Plus it's reversible if you don't like it.
But you need to wait until your stock pair settles down.
I use my stock set at work and the modded set at home and enjoy both.
