I did search for this info and either I'm not doing it right or it hasn't been discussed.  I have read many threads about what great synergy the ear+ HD has with Grados, particularly the RS1. I am wondering about the synergy with GS1000i since it doesn't really sound like other Grado models. My GS1000I are still breaking in with just 30 hours on them and my MAD Ear+ HD is being shipped today but now I am wondering if I made the right choice. Anyone have experience with this combo?

I will try but I don't have a huge frame of reference as some of you do. This is my first serious headphone system. It will also be a while before I have a proper source for this system. I will be using my Ipod classic with Apple lossless files into a HRT Istreamer for the time being.
