This guy used silicone ear plugs and made a mold of his ear, then he stuck his IEMs in it and cut a hole. I'm going to do the same thing, so I have some Monoprice MEP-933 on the way. But I have a question. Looks at this picture:

You notice how he cut a hole, and the hole is the same width as the driver. Is that the right way to make the hole, or is there a better way?
