I wanted to get something that is portable and something I can walk around with outside,mall, park, etc. I prefer something that has good, isolation smooth mids accurate and has to be decently comfortable to wear unlike my amperiors and not something boring or dull sound signature or something huge. I had the m50x but I guess it didn't sound good but I heard the m40x is more flat. I listen to mainly edm pop rap kpop country. Which one of those 2 will be a better choice for me?

I be using the nx1 topping on the go if it needs one.

Other options are welcomed. Budget is $80-$120

the m40x are pretty comfortable to me they sound better than the m50x the bass is more controlled. They are better suited for rock/metal/jazz music
