Out of curiosity, does an AD USB isolator chip provide galvanic isolation?  Saw this term yesterday on the computer audiophile blog and was not previously aware of this issue.

The ADUM Isolator doesn't wok with the M2Tech Evo, but i don't think the Evo need it.

Been 8 yrs now, with newer DDC like Singxer and other expensive ones, has anyone compared those with the evo hiface 2 DDC now?

I got Audio-GD DI-20 just few days ago, cheaper, as descent PS. Similar functions but cannot do upsampling from CD source.
