Hello guys, I need your help to choose the headphones perfect for hip-hop/rap, R&B, & dance/electronic. I currently use the ATH-M50's, but they don't satisfy me enough. They have to be bass-heavy with lots of extension and impact, but doesn't overpower the highs. I'm sensitive to mids, so I don't mind when the mids are recessed, but not too recessed. They have to be over-ear closed headphones with good isolation and portability because I'll be carrying them around. They can't be wireless or noise cancelling. The headphones I'm choosing are in the title (Q40, DT770, Pro 900) but you can suggest other good quality headphones for hip hop as long as I can buy them. NO BEATS BY DRE PLEASE!!!!!
