Interesting, I'm getting $576 after conversion for the cheap one on the Tao Bao page. I wonder what the different price range is, maybe cable? I'm curious, but not sure I'm ready to take a $576 shot in the dark.

It concerns me that @duyu is only just hearing about this now. Did LZ keep this a secret or something? The competition in multi-BA IEMs is extremely intense right now. Off the top of my head, you have the Westone W60, the Noble Django, Audiofly AF1120, Rhapsodio Venus, Earsonics S-EM6 II, and so on and so forth at somewhat similar prices. Interesting move by LZ here.

I wonder what the different price range is, maybe cable?

The different prices are for an ever increasing number of switches that allow you to tailor the sound as you see fit.
Lowest price has no switches, next one up has one switch, next one two, most expensive version has three switches.
Each switch allows you to engage a boost in one frequency group (Hi, Mid, Low) and you, as the customer, choose which band(s) you want control of.
So if you only see yourself wanting to apply a mid-boost on occasion, then you could go for the second cheapest model and request that the switch is for mid-range.
