First of all, I think it's a great job that's been done, with great innovations.
It's a regret that there's no I2S on board.
Even though a DDC would probably not be necessary.
If it had been an R2R Dac, it would certainly have made waves.
Because purely in terms of design and invention, it would have been a new benchmark on the R2R basis where it is available.
I'm still interested though, will it come to Europe?

There is a sort of quasi review here - https://6moons.com/audioreview_articles/luxsin-x9/ But as ever with 6moons, the review - by Srajan Ebean - is so poorly written that it borders on indecipherable. It amazes me this website is still in business and that review units continue to be sent to them/him.

I have a sample coming so will review it on both youtube and neowin.net.

For ref, currently my setup is:

DAC: K11 R2R + iFi iPower2
Power amp: Aiyima A80
OpAmps: Sparkos SS3602
Speakers: Triangle Comete 40th Anniversary
Headphones: Arya Stealth

It will switch places with e=the K11 R2R which for my ears sounds incredible on my setup. So my main observation will be how much of a gain does it has on how my speakers scale based on the DAC sine the A80's internal DAC is noticeably not as resolving as the R2R or as wide staging. The headphone amp stage is excellent too so the Aryas hopefully open up more too with the tailored EQ on the X9.
