SE215 seems to be a very well regarded iem in that price range. I would stay away from Bose.

se215 over the bose any day. but for 150 there are quite a lot of alternatives.

If you fly a lot, you can't go wrong with the 215s.  Their isolation is so good that I liked wearing them even with no music just to deaden the sound of the plane.  There's plenty of options in that price range but for pure isolation they're probably the best.  And they sound good too

I don't want bose I just gave that as an example of what I want, something small and compact that is comfortable for long hours of music listening

check out V-moda M-80 or V-80, used on trips and not afraid to toss it around. If you are in the US, price fluctuates a lot on Amazon or check FS for used pair

as above, Shure SE215 or phonak audeo PFE012 can be a big valid choice,
for headphone, Audio-Technica ES7 will be one of my recommendation too.
