If fit is a concern for you, then check out this highly @crinacle acclaimed ThieAudio Monarch MK2:

Also, it looks like the Focal Clear looks to be a good fit for you, so consider getting the first edition (final sales, but they should cover you anyways for any shipping damages):

Lastly, consider getting the Audio-GD R28 DAC/Amp, which is probably the best that you can buy with remaining money from the Monarch mk2/Clear first edition purchase  :

Maybe I'll post a new thread for more options. Thanks for the advice

I only read the original post so not sure how the question has evolved, but I’ll throw my opinion in the ring. I recently purchased the Grado gw1000 and really like them. They are one of the few open back Bluetooth options, which admittedly may have a small audience. But your post seemed to mentioned both wires and wireless and closed and open back.

Anyway, I like the Grados more than closed back Bluetooth options like the beats solo pro and Sony 100mx4. I was surprised by the amount of bass the Grados had and am happy with the open sound. It’s different from closed back options for sure.

All that said, I’m not an audiophile so can’t speak too technically from that standpoint.

If I go for an IEM, then which one should I get? The IER-Z1R? Or something else?
The IER-Z1R has great bass and treble, but lacks a little in the midrange. If you can EQ, you don't have to worry about it. Honestly, it's not even that big of deal and you get accustomed to that sound.

My only advice would be to demo some of the headphones/IEMs that you're interested in and see which one(s) have the sound you like.

Hi, I am yet to find my way around this website (apologies if it is not the appropriate way here, and please do let me know if that is the case) - I have just purchased the ThieAudio Monarch MK2 and wish to sell them, if anyone is interested.
