If you like intelligent/witty rap:

Sage Francis (smartest/wittiest);
Aesop Rock (mentionned a few times);
Atmosphere (good flow);
CunningLinguists;
Black Star (Mos Def + Talib Kweli...both good individually too);
Brother Ali (best sounding/voice? and witty);
Saul Williams (really original stuff)

Outkast - ATliens (maybe my favorite rap/hip hop album ever)

Binary Star - MAsters of the Universe

Jurassic 5, Dilated Peoples, People Under the Stairs all have several good albums each
