Hi, looking some IEM's to replace my CX300 because I don't like their V shaped sound signature and they have horrible microphonics. 
They will be used mostly for sports, hence the priorities.
 
The priorities are, from more important to less important:
1. microphonics
2. sound isolation
3. good fit, not fallout (never had any problems with the CX300)
4. sound quality (I tend to prefer flat)
 
Extras:
1. neck clip to attach cable ((like these Sennheiser MX760)
2. extendable cable (like these Sennheiser MX760)
 
 
Budget: 40$ maximum, unless you have something really worth more.

a151 ($47 though) is pretty good, kinda like mini-westone which is excellent for the purpose. You should also check out ljokerl thread if you haven't done so.

Have a look at Etymotic MC5 IEMs.

About fifty bucks, and highly tunable.
