Any artists similar to these two would be PERFECT, especially with the first, really liking how fast paced (dunno if that is the correct way to say it, but whatever) the song is. I do not know if this is actually Bossa Nova, but I am terrible at putting things into their respective genre. I am also trying to find artists that are not from Japan or Korea, but artists from those two places will still be appreciated if suggested.

Original title: Looking for something that sounds similar to this artist: Roller Coaster (Korean Acid Jazz/Jazz/Electronic/Indie/Rock/?)

Cool stuff. First track is a slow tempo samba, well done I might add. Similar style that is alive and well is bossa nova as is salsa, though it's a bit more complicated. Second track is more of an African beat, but I don't recall the name. The third is more mainstream smooth pop style. Similar artists might include Zero 7 among others.

Geez, where do we begin? A search should be pretty easy, because at one point most of the music coming out of Brazil sounded like that, sorta like rock in the USA and UK. Maybe try early Tania Maria or Beth Carvalho (also early) for the first one. Gal Costa? For the second, maybe try Nara Leão or Miucha or Astrud Gilberto. There's just too many to name, but most of the vital music was being made, say, 1963-75. In the meantime, that foundational stuff has been redone with electronics, like the samples posted. If electro is more your speed, maybe look for Bebel Gilberto's '90s stuff…as I said, that sound's kinda easy to come by…hope this helps…

I love Flora Purim, here she is being pretty classic (check the hair). She
worked with Return to Forever along with her husband Airto. She worked with
a ton of fusion artists in the 70s. While it's not bossa Nova at all, here she is
with Jaco on the bass in the 70s.- Open your eyes you can fly
 
As far as leading a Brazilian jazz group Tania Maria is awesome - a live version
of the Brazilian classic- Agua de Bebe
 
A few more nice tracks.
