Looking for best dac/amp for around $100

I am honestly new to the audiophile world and I would like have a amp/dac that would perform to give the value for my dollar. I will be using this with my desktop computer but more often I will pair it with my iPod Touch as well as my Zune 30gb mp3 player.
 
Here is what I have come down to thus far:
 

1. Nuforce Icon uDac

2. PA2V2

3. NuForce Icon Mobile

4. FiiO E7

5. iBasso T4
6. Mini3 for around $100 if possible.

 
I am not interested going beyond my budget but if saving up for either the FiiO E7/E9 combo is worth the cost than I guess I might have to wait another few months.

I shouldn't repeat this story... but I will.  I saw a Yard Sale with a young attractive girl who had a bunch of electronics spread out on a blanket.  I noticed a bunch of speakers, mics, headphones etc. and pulled over.  I see a Total Bithead new in the box!  I opened the box and the amp/dac is still in the sealed plastic wrap.  I act disinterested (lol) and ask how much?  She says, "$25."   I quickly fumble for the money.  After I paid her I asked what was up with all the nice electronics?  She says, "I'm breaking up with my boyfriend and I want to get this stuff sold before its over.".....
 
I quickly went to my car and drove off........ 
 
The Total Bithead is so awesome....
 
Moral?  I guess keep your girlfriend happier??  Ouch.
