Well, I don't doubt the SQ is better, but is it $120 better?

That's something I'll have to decide. Better is also very subjective. The D2 performs better in certain areas but I do prefer my A818 based purely on sound.

I agree 100%. I'll find out myself, then RMA the loser. The thing is that the S9 does so much more, and the extra features on the X1060 are all on my BB Storm already (Slacker, YouTube, Opera browser,etc). The S9 even does DVD quality TV out, the X1060 - we know better.

Just because its not made for audiophiles doesn't mean it won't be good for listening! The clip came as a surprise to everyone, and the iPhone headphone with a mic too (can't remember the name).
