Hello I am looking for ONE pair of good earphones.

I am looking for an earphone that will reproduce the sound spectrum faithfully.

Whatever is on my source...thats exactly what i wanna hear without enhancements of any kind (for example added bass etc...).

My price point is $350. I just want ONE earphone.

What do you think about the following contenders:
Jays Q-Jays
Ultimate Ears Super.fi 4 Mobile Earphones
Denon AHC-700
Audio Technica CK7

These are just some...but please name any that will fit my needs.
