Well I am purposely posting this in this section because I am looking for a cheap over ear headphone that I can use while I work out, this is because mainly micro-phonics no matter what IEM I try there is always too much. Sound preference doesn't matter a whole lot, but I listen to mostly hip hop but aim for clarity over bass. This headphone needs to be semi clamping or tight so I can wear whilst running, also it needs to be closed. I have been looking a lot and its hard to find but I want something under $30 and have been looking at a lot of knock-offs since audio quality isn't the first priority here.

the 8323 DJ style have good clamping force, isolation, and a very in your face sound signature imo.

I have no idea how they would be for running, but I walked around the grocery store the other day, and they were great. 
 
Im A/Bing them vs my Sennheiser 448 right now, and the monoprice are a lot more fun even if the Senns are technically better

This sounds like a very good choice then, and running would be at the most extreme. But how would they be for like laying down, could they still stay on my head with out problems?

Clamping force is good, you can do a hand-stand and it wont fall off.
 
I dont know how comfortable it would be to lie on full size headphones though. IF you mean to lie down to do bench presses and such.
 
Based on your strange requirements, you might want to see if you can find an actual or bootleg copy of the ATH-onto. When I was in asia you could find bootlegs for under $4..

Here thy are in black. SQ is not great (its not horrible, but not great) and you might have some isolation issues, but these are closed and dont leak out.

At these prices I dont know if any of these are authentic. In asia these are one of the most copied designs.

That's a tough question.  It's hard to find a quality pair of over ear headphones for working out, especially that are cheap.
 
Two come to mind, but I think they are around the $39 range.

Koss makes you pay to send them in and send a check to send them back. With cheap models like the KSc-75 it ends up being better to just buy a new set than to futz around with the warranty, which is what they want you to do. On their more expensive models its worth it, for their cheaper models it amounts to a marketing gimmick.
 
The monoprice do get pretty good reviews for their price level. You might also consider this rebrand version of the FA-004. It's not clear whether the driver is the same, but the housing is the same.

How are the KSC75's fit and getting used to, I was definitely considering it but saw a review and they looked very awkward

how long are you going to be working out?  They don't need to be the most comfy things on the planet.  ksc75 has a bendable clip so you can get them to feel nice at least for a few hours at a time.

Only for 1-2Hours, and how would they be with running? Also I was thinking about getting PX200 pleather pads beacuse I am not much for the foam against my head due to itchyness.

The ear clip on the KSC75 isn't too comfortable, but that could be adjusted by slightly bending it to fit the shape of your ears. For $20, it's worth a try.
