As the title says, I'm looking for IEMs with a neutral, or as close to neutral, sound signature. The IEMs must NOT go around the ear like the Shure and Westone IEMs (forgot the term for this). The price must be >$100 but I'm willing to increase it a bit depending on the situation.

I've looked into:
HiFiMan RE-400 - I live in Canada and currently, Amazon has it for $109 which I feel is too expensive. I've had the pair before, bought for $49 which at the time was a steal so you can see why I'd feel $109 is too expensive.

Shozy Zero - My current choice.

I haven't been able to find other IEMs under these categories but I want to keep exploring my options. I appreciate any help!

Have you seen this list?

http://www.head-fi.org/t/478568/multi-iem-review-352-iems-compared-pump-audio-earphones-added-04-03-16-p-1106

Each of the reviews describes whether or not it has to be worn over ear.

Thanks, I'll look into that.

I've seen the list and i've consulted it already. I haven't been keeping up with new IEMs in the recent years so I figured I'm probably missing a few IEMs with these requirements. Thanks for the advice, though!

SoundMAGIC E80, got my pair from Amazon Canada for $80, they are a tiny bit more now. Loved them very much and I had to go into the ~$300 bracket to find an upgrade.

I find The Headphone List's recommendation list to be much more accessible than the sprawling multi-iem comparison thread (both run by ljokerl). Based on your requirements, I'd say keep a look out for the Fiio EX1, which is a rebranded Dunu Titan 1, and the VSonic GR07 Bass Edition (used), which are both pretty neutral. The GR07 BE is usually worn over-ear, but I wear mine straight down without any issues.
