I'm trying to decide on a headphone amp.  Currently, I am using an HRT Music Streamer II for my DAC and HD600 headphones.  I'm interested in trying out a tube amp and figured the Little Dot would be a good place to start, but how would it compare to the Asgard with my setup?  Will the Little Dot be able to sufficiently power the HD600s?

I have a Little Dot MKIV that I use with my HD650s and it is fantastic.  There is more than enough power.  I leave the gain set to either 4 or 5 and I rarely find myself potting past 10:30.  I have turned it all the way up to 3 or 4 and it gets blisteringly loud without really a trace of distortion.

Having rolled the tubes to some GE military spec tubes recommended on the Little Dot Tube Rolling Thread, I think the sound is wonderful.  Although revealing of lesser recordings, for sure.
