Personally prefer the silver, but the black looks hot too.

Hehe, yeah... I posted the silver one because of the more spectacular "coke bottle" 5U4G rectifier tube. The stock pics of the black Woo6 don't look as impressive with the smaller 5AR4 tube.

I think blue LEDs are quite distracting from the soothing orange glow of the tubes. And they're kinda overused in electronics today... for me they don't differentiate between "professional" or "serious" equipment and the rest anymore.

I read that article, it got pretty technical about what happens inside the eye, hell, I still like blue LEDs...I take melatonin before bed anyway.(Some researchers report that, at night, even low-level blue light may be enough to trigger recently discovered receptors in the retina that can depress melatonin production, disrupt sleep patterns and suppress the immune system.)
