I think this one, C&C XO portable amp, should have a place.

i still think larocco stuff is very attractive in the way that the metal turns out. it's not all shiny and like a mirror, it's rough and tough and could survive anything.

if i'm ever in the market for a truly esoteric headamp+preamp, i can honestly say that the headcode is at the top of my list for integrating a headphone setup with a speaker setup. just such a beautiful piece of work, and the prii is already great. the bass boost on their stuff is amazing, too. really makes hiphop music work on grados, with the upfront presentation AND tons of bass impact. but yeah, enough lusting, more pics!

not quite as charming as mr. yamamoto's a-08s, but beautiful nonetheless. looks quite sexy next to the w1000.

edit: damn, now i want to jump the gun and buy a prii w/ psu. damn you upgraditus, i couldn't avoid you forever... ah well, 3 months without a permanent upgrade is pretty good resistance. but hey, resistance is futile...

Big fan of the Yoshino V20 (probably my overall favourite)

The Aristaeus (I really wish I could afford one).

Emmeline Stealth (Small is beautiful and I much prefer the Stealth's more understated style to the B-52's overbearing pompousness; the Raptor looks good, too)

Larocco Headcode Triad (gone but not forgotten)

Special award goes to the Mapletree Ear++ for being retro and original!

In general, I don't really fancy the look of huge and tall amps such as the SDS-XLR, Dynamight, etc.

Zana Deux and the Emeline Stealth are just stunning to me.

I've been thinking about doing that to my Melos, but the top gets pretty toasty so I'm a little scared.

Yeah that C&C XO is beautiful and that Yoshino amp is literally out of this world.
